Hi guys,
Do you have any idea on how to write a business partnership letter? I have a small medical company located in Poland, it's more like self employed rather than corp. I have a few products in the offer from local medical products market, however I found one producer in Turkey that may have products that I'm looking for. They seems to not have information about distributors in Europe on their website. They also encourage to contact with them for expansion outside the Turkey.
And here is the question: this is very niche market. I understand that if I start it in an inappropriate way I may not be able to fix it. Do know how to start conversation with the Turkish company? What should be the first step? Should I write formal business partnership letter, present my company and wait for respond?
I couldn't find any valuable books or articles epxlaining this kind of business savoir vivre.
Regards,

It is definitely possible to write a formal business partnership letter, but I would suggest taking the conversation one step at a time. Start by introducing yourself and your company in an email and explaining what products you are interested in. Then ask if they have any distributors or partners in Europe who could help you with the purchase of their products. This initial contact will give them an opportunity to get to know more about your company before deciding whether or not they want to pursue a business partnership with you.
A great way to start the conversation with the Turkish company is by doing some research on their website and social media accounts so that you can learn more about them and see if there are any existing partnerships that might be beneficial for.
A good first step would be to research the Turkish company and familiarize yourself with their products and services, as well as any distributors they may have in Europe. This will help you determine if there is a potential fit between your companies. Once you've done your research, it's important to craft a formal business partnership letter that clearly outlines what each party can offer the other. Make sure to include information about your company such as its size, location, and services offered so that the Turkish company has an accurate picture of who they are partnering with. Finally, don't forget to explain why this partnership could benefit both parties!
Step 1: Introduce yourself and your company.
Step 2: Explain the purpose of your communication with the Turkish company.
Step 3: Ask if the Turkish company is interested in discussing further.
Step 4: If the Turkish company is interested, arrange a meeting or call to discuss further.

1. Research potential Turkish agents online.
2. Contact the agents to inquire about their services.
3. Ask questions to get to know the agent better, such as what services they offer, how long they have been in business, and what their experience is.
4. Discuss your needs and goals with the agent and ask for their advice.
5. Ask for references and check them out.
6. Make a decision and sign a contract with the agent.
7. Start a conversation with the agent to establish a working relationship.
