I think its really good actually.
Its two syllables and does what it say on the tin.

you maybe even be able to purchase the .co.uk for this as it seems to be up for sale.

But on further research there seems to be a trademark already registered for homeworks in your class (37)

But i can't find any where of this company using it (online that is - but probably do in there local area)

A check on companies house also showed the business had financial problems back in 2007/2008 and went into receivership not sure how that panned out and if they still use the trademark.

You should give the company a call and see if they still use it and if not see if they would like to sell you the trade mark.

Some times you have to try these things.

Just a note on the 'design' - the text's appearance will depend on whether you have the font on your machine or not (in order to display correctly). It's not a graphic.

I am sure any photoshop user can copy that design into an image file.
