Business mortgages?

Hi there,
Is it possible for a business to take out a mortgage?
The unit that I am in has been listed by the landlord and is up for sale.
I was wondering if it was possible for a business to take on a mortgage as i would be paying rent anyway?

Yes

The usual term is commercial mortgage

Typically up to 75% LTV - obviously subject to normal affordability criteria

Yes you can take out a commercial mortgage/loan to purchase a unit that you trade from.
