Hi All,

New to this forum but was hoping for some advise.

I've been running a successful eCommerce business for about 9 years. Its come to the point, where I no longer enjoy running the business but more so having the time. I've considered selling the business but i think i'm emotionally attached. Therefore are there any companies out there that take on the management of the business? For e.g they would take a percentage of gross revenue etc but in return they manage and grow the business?

As with all things I'm sure it would depend on the kind of numbers involved. Can you give indicative T/O etc.....

Considering I do zero advertising and all sales are organic, my last years turnover was approx £60k. The business has huge potential for the right team or person to take on.

Oh dear! Not really worth it then. You might try to sell it for very little money, but the only realistic thing you can do, is to either get someone in the family to take it over for a couple of days a week, or do it yourself.

Which sales channels do you use, eBay? Amazon? Own website?

What type of product is it? Who are your competitors?

Its hard to let go of a business you have put everything into to build up.
Depending on the time you want to yourself would depend on the type of person you'd need to approach/bring in.
As a company I look after 7 companies some of them I have very little input from the directors and then some of them I work along side the directors on a weekly basis. It all depends on the work load and what you want from it really.
