Business Ideas

[Well Hello]

Good Afternoon all,

I am looking to start a small business on my own working from my office in my home.

I would like to make around 10K a year with room for further expansion in the future when i have more capital.

Are there any sites that i can get some inspiration from??

I dont really want specific ideas on my skills, just general ideas that you think could work etc as i said looking for some inspiration.

I'd say just think about what you are already experienced with and find a niche area there. Take a look around business directories, websites and google and decide what industry you want to work in.

Think about hours of work you will need, starting budget, whether you'll need staff, if you'll need premises for what you want to do. There is a lot to consider and i'm sure you already know that people spend months preparing for a start up so just get looking and then market research, market research, market research!

I completly agree TECHFOX.. Im at the moment just looking for peoples thoughts and ideas regardless of peoples skills passion etc.

You have to think of the idea yourself, somebody isnt going to give away a making money idea because they would be doing it.

It's not easy, but you have to think to the 'edge of the box'

That is not necessarily true; speaking personally, I have no time to start new businesses even though I think of new ideas or new twists on existing ones most days.
Sometimes I have the time to write them up and sometimes I dont, but I would never hold back from publishing an idea on the grounds that I want to do it myself. Its a good thing to look around at the ideas presented because it could well give you the inspiration you need to be motivated enough to get started.
