Business Equipment loan and a seperation

Hi, Im hoping someone can help me. My partner and mother of my kids has a business which I help set up and support. Its been operating for years and not making profit. barely breaking even. To assist her I took out a loan a few years back to purchase equipment. Since recent breakup the business is still running but the equipment is not being paid for and its a debt i need out of my name and need it cleared. A similar event occurred when I took out equipment to help here 15 months ago, with nothing to pay for 12 months asking that they were paid within the 12 months. nothing was paid and I now am left with the debt for both,

Really what i need to know is the equipment mine, with the HP and Loan in my name and I entitled to take them and sell to clear the debt? The equipment is sitting on her premises at present.
