Hello,

I have been working as a freelance (self employed) graphic designer / computer programmer for over 3 years. Registered with HMRC / Self assessment.

Now I'm thinking to to register a limited company and a separate IP holding company but I'm not sure about my obligations to CH / HMRC or if there are any other.

I also need help with company and business structure, basic / initial agreement drafting, basic accounting etc. I'd also need assistance with business modelling.

Can anyone suggest a good business coach / mentor?
