I enjoy reading business auto-biographies and stories from CEOs and business people.

Read some fantastic books in the last few years, some of my personal favourites were:
Lost and Founder - Rand Fiskin
Banking on it - Ann Boden
Shoe Dog - Phil Knight

Thought it'd be nice to start a thread to see what your favourite business books have been. And why?

I've just picked up a book from The Works titled 'The Art of War' by Sun Tzu.

Written around the 6th Century BC it's one of the oldest books about military strategy, the closing chapter of which is titled 'How Sun Tzu's strategies can help in business and other areas.

A very easy read consisting of one liners such as ' a clever general avoids an army when it's spirit is keen but attacks it when it is sluggish'.

£29.99 reduced to a fiver in the sale, silk effect cover, I thought it worth a punt.

I've also recently started to listen to an audiobook..

'The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fxxk by Mark Manson. Not a business book as such but encourages a thought process intended to avoid beating yourself up just because you don't see positivity in everything.:p

Funnily enough I read Ross Brawn's book and this is referenced in that a lot!

I was sent an audio book which was a good tale with several lessons starting from breeding worms as a teenager to jumping onto the internet revolution and exploiting openings which led to the sale of companies for obscene amounts to Microsoft and Amazon.

Delivering Happiness - A path to profits, passion and purpose by Tony Hsieh

However, going off the rails and his sad demise are not detailed.....
