Ive traced the perpetratator and he kives near me and has the same \ISP as me.

Hes been using proxies and tor and all sorts but nothing concrete - im99% certain the ISP has enuff evidence for me to take him to court.

My business has lost probably 40k in damages maybe more from this attack.

Is anybody here have any experience with similar cases aor any advice. I believe I can get the logs from my ISP that will be enuough proof then hire a solicitor and sue him for 40k damages to my business but i need to be certain this is gonna work.

Hes been covering his tracks but not well enough theres ISP links from his mac address ddossing mine.

Hes been doing every type, first fished my ip then broke ito router an gioot mac address
1 HD was rootkitted then another he destroyed the master boot record when realised I had traced him.

I had a webshop seling novelty goods and stuff and he is a competitor.
I kept logs dates and the broken IT gear + the |ISP must have all the logs, hes still ddosssing my main landline now.

Tyhe loss of earnings and new it equiptment + damages easily 40k+

this is about 2 months of relentless attacks,
rootkit to spy on me
then when i traced it on another pc he had bugged that one to and removed the MBR

he used a email to get my ip initially from a company that hides the IP header but i got them to reveal the information and it was the IP of a competitors online shop so I'm certain its him and I have all the evidenve logged.

Im requesting detiled reports from the ISP now ready for court
