Ive traced the perpetratator and he kives near me and has the same \ISP as me.
Hes been using proxies and tor and all sorts but nothing concrete - im99% certain the ISP has enuff evidence for me to take him to court.
My business has lost probably 40k in damages maybe more from this attack.
Is anybody here have any experience with similar cases aor any advice. I believe I can get the logs from my ISP that will be enuough proof then hire a solicitor and sue him for 40k damages to my business but i need to be certain this is gonna work.
Hes been covering his tracks but not well enough theres ISP links from his mac address ddossing mine.
