Hi
I am doing budgets.... Could anyone help?
What are roughly the % per department to allocate
for example, I have allowed 10% of t/o for marketing, 10% for rent and office expenses.... how much for sales/accounts/online stuff etc.?
I'd like to tweak my spreadsheets so the sales figures will auto adjust budgets and reward team members (assuming sales go up)
any advice appreciated
