I've just checked my latest BT bills to find I am paying a ridiculous price for my Broadband and my Featureline line rental has gone up by over 10% a couple of months ago
I took both out over 7 years ago so are out of contract.
Can these both be cancelled anytime, or when the original contract expires does a new one begin?
