Broadband only deals

Morning all,

A lot of broadband deals I see include calls etc. However, I only want a broadband deal. My telephone contract for landline is with the FSB so i have a landline. My current ISP is O2 and Im paying about £18.

I would describe myself as a lightish user and dont download a great ammount so my question is this.......can I change ISP even though I dont have a Landline that is provided directly by BT. It was a BT line but I switched to FSB telecom just over a year ago.

Am I making sense:redface:

Yes, you certainly can.

Simply get your MAC code from O2 and you will then be able to give that to your new provider to move the broadband.

There are lots of providers that will be happy just to do broadband for you.

This is true, but have you thought of switching and combining the two, as there are some great deals out there if you have both with same provider.

we switch home broadband from O2 to plus net fibre optic, TBH I am not overly impressed and will happily move to BT when my contract is up.

I have had more disconnects on plusnet in the first 3 months than I had in years with O2, and O2 were excellent at fixing issues, plusnet prefer to ponder and make excuses.
