Bradford factor

What are your thoughts on Bradford Factor? I know it can be a bit controvertial for some but maybe last resort if absetism is bad?

Would you tell your workforce that you’re using it?
Would you include it in your policy?

I would tell your workforce exactly what you are doping and how the process will work. Whether you call it (or use) the Bradford Factor or not is completely irrlevant. You need a plan that works for your workforce and your organisation. You might find that, in explaining the process clearly and in full for your workforce, you find a better way of achieving yourt aims.
