Depending what you're planning to pay for postage, you might find the Royal Mail standard parcel sizes will be suitable. You're basically aiming for 35x25x16 or 45x35x8 to get it out the door as a small parcel. At those standard sizes, there are many sellers offering boxes and you won't need the expense of a custom order.

I used a guy called globe_packaging on Ebay who was the cheapest at the time, although my most recent order was the now redundant 16cm cube. Royal Mail have since increased the the size.

There's lots of choice.

As above I've used Globe Packaging, they have a direct site as well as eBay but compare the prices closely as sometimes eBay is less, also very good for loose fill.
I've also used Kite Packaging, very handy boxes with scored lines so they can be cut down for slightly smaller items, means you can stock less sizes and increase your buying power of a particular size.
