Is there a ltd director's personal security involved in BBL?
I have checked the application but looks like 6 years with 1 year interestfree and repayment free period by default. Is it possible to modify these period?

No, security not required.
It is for most of all of us the best cheapest least problematic loan to get. If can get it.
Back in may these were being chucked around like it was someone else's money. Now appears to be treated more like whose money it actually is - the bank savers!
