Its not difficult to submit your own Dormant accounts very straight forward. For other accounting services I would first look in your local area set up some meetings, see if you could work with them. Don't under estimate how useful it is having someone local you set meetings up with easily.

However there's plenty of accountants on the forum who I am sure will be able to help

Thanks but I am looking for a professional accredited accountant because it may stop being dormant at any point and would appreciate full service after that.

My style is that I am not reluctant to pay when I need something and when there is real value added. E.g. just yesterday I told me IP lawyer to charge me their higher fee as I felt they were really adding value which they indeed appreciated from their emails later.

Now if you charge me a lot for almost nil value added, this is something I do not like and would like to avoid. Of course there is a cost by having me in your books etc which I can happily bear but just be realistic of that cost.

It takes 10 minutes and zero skill to set up a company. Why on earth do you want the cost and admin of a dormant company 'just on case'?

I've no doubt that the accountants on here are professional and most will be accredited. What particular specialisms and skills are you looking for?

One of the most pointless pitfalls that inexperienced start ups fall into is trying to be too clever and tying themselves in knots keep things as simple as possible until you know what you are doing

The thing is that I have a company that it's not trading but will hopefully trade in the future. I do not want to:
    1) Lose my LTD name
    2) Be without business address as it is needed just to have a business entity to be able to even speak with others or order R&D materials
