Letter just landed on my mat saying that my PCI DSS management fee was now due and text as follows.
"With effect from your outlets next Merchant Statement, the PCI DSS Management Fee will appear as £35.99 per month."
Contacted them and apparently it is a miss print in the letter as the fees are actually £3.99 per month.
Just thought I would let you all know as I expect the letters are winging their way to anyone else who has merchant accounts with them.
