If I receive for example £10000 from outside UK with the intention to invest them in my business, should I worry about any bureaucracy or would I be able to use the money straight away?
My friend who is sending me the money is not bothered at all and I can pay back to him wherever I want to. He doesn't insist any contracts etc.
I have Limited Company, but I want to receive the money in my personal bank account. Let's say I have to purchase inventory from my personal bank acc, but receiving outcome to business bank acc. I know that is not the right way to do things but my situation insists it. Will sort that out later. So what I think is when I get the money "played" through I will send them from my business bank acc to my personal bank acc and then from there I will send them back to my friend. Is that OK? Any advice appreciated.
