Booking form online or e mail

We are looking to create a booking form (we have a wedding car business) where we can e mail or ask the customer to complete an online booking form with all the wedding details. I have found the Adobe editable form is ideal but to buy adobe x pro would cost us £228. So I have also looked at online form builders like Wufoo which is more reasonable a month (£7 ish).

The only problem is when they e mail the form responses they are not clearly laid out. These forms are given to the drivers on the day so they need to be really clear and laid out like a form rather than a list of responses. At a glance they need to be able to see the information. We also need to be able to edit the forms at a later date if times or details change.

Any ideas of the best way to set up a form like this?

Many Thanks

Then look at contact form 7 (free) or gravity forms (paid).
In any instance, you really should be asking your web dev to implement the facility.

Problem is with those Type of form builders is they all seem to email you the form in the body of an email. So it doesn't read like an actual booking form rather just a list of answers. We also can't edit it as details of the wedding change.

@mrsmcy - we have done lots of these types of things before, do you have a word document or specific layout of how you want it to look?

We could certainly build this to your spec.

Wufoo is good, except the on going cost every month is not ideal really.

Then i don't think i understand what you're looking for - a printable PDF perhaps?

Sorry nit sure i was explaining myself properly. Looking for a form that can be emailed to a customer, they then fill it out and return it via email to us. We can then edit the booking form if there are any changes (such as time of wedding) before finally printing it a few days before the wedding to give to the driver.

It needs to be laid out like a booking form not an email. The drivers need to be able to see at a glance details of the booking not read through an email which isn't presented clearly.
