Hi all

I have just thought of a business idea*

It's based on the book people distribution idea were they take books to the workplace*
Then collect a week later and for fill the orders if there are any*
My idea would be totally different to books ,

Just asking about your opinions on the business model and do you think it works?*

hi,
care to expand on the idea - it's not books, although from my experience, the book scheme are far more expenses than places like Amazon and often go missing!

Ok

My Idea was

Get x amount of fruit For £5.50
X amount of veg for £10.50

Deliver to offices, schools work places once every week

Items would be carried in a bag for life
Bring back your bag get 50p off

I am thinking that people would react better to someone coming to the workplace rather than knocking on their house door
Also if anyone is like me I have got loads of stuff in the freezer only go to tesco to get fruit and veg every 3 days end up spending a lot more

I think this is a good idea to be honest! It might take a while to build the round so to speak, but if you've got time on your hands then why not?

Have you also thought about adding flowers into the mix? Take fresh flowers to companies once a week for a set direct debit - say £10/week.... Give them a free vase when they come on board...would suite solicitors, estate agents, beauticians etc... guess it all depends on how cheap you can get quality stock..
