Blacklists? is this the right word these days?

I am sure a lot of businesses have a list of customers who they will no longer do business with.

Can this still be called a blacklist?

Just want to check, because you need to cover your own back against anything coming back on you.

Which is inoffensive to the Blingers as they pimp their credit control.
