Biscuit Packaging Supplier...Where?

Hi all,
Im working on a biscuit brand & looking for manufacturers of the following:
(preferably UK/EU based but Asia will do if all fails):

1. The sleeve/tray that hold biscuits before being put in a box.
   (Paper version preferably; save the planet & all).
   
2. The crinkly clear plastic bag that the tray goes in & is heat-sealed.
3. The name of the type of packaging for singular biscuits packaging & manufacturers.

To be clear; i'm not being lazy. Ive been searching everywhere for a year+. Ive called various manufacturers, went to trade shows, etc. No bueno.

When you have gone to trade shows - presumably the packaging shows - what did the businesses offering packaging suggest?
You take along samples and see if they can match what you want?

It took about 2 min to google this under food packaging. probably they do not have what you want but bet they know the competitor who does

Fairly easy to have it made to your own spec in the UK.
1/ in food grade thin card. I would ask Raymond at Redborne to advise you

2/ That is a simple operation using a small device called an L-sealer

I have used Raymond for years. Do not be put off by it being a 2 men and a dog outfit.
