Hi, I am Steven the sole director and general manager of my company that operates a cafe bar on Lincoln High Street. We have been trading since 2008 and this is my first business.
I came across this site in my search for more knowledge regarding an issue I have, but I can see there are plenty of topics I can learn more from and some I can contribute too.
I hope to be able to get some advice in areas I lack knowledge and expertise whilst being able to offer some advice to people thinking of setting up in my sector.
We offer a range of food and drink with the emphasis being on what we can get locally and make fresh. Some of this emphasis has been lost over the years due to changing of menus, chasing certain customer bases and cost. We are also licensed specialising in cocktails. The concept was simply to bring the type of relaxed cafe you find in Europe or places like Australia that offers a range of products to cover both day and night.
I look forward to chatting with some of you.
