Best Web hosting page in UK

I'm just starting business and till now I've only been operating and promoting on Facebook with 14 fan pages of which best ones just last week got 300 views in one post and expected for future posts is 65k.
Also I've only used Facebook to check local market and in just few months I was surprised at my profits in one city. Anyway I need Web hosting page for selling Patriotic clothing in UK. For first year we plan to just concentrate on Polish Patriots and Football fans and then expand to British so we need host who can post our products in Polish language and on mobile sites as well on desktop. It need to be straight forward as I'm graphic and Web designer my self but have not worked in these field for years so I don't want html becouse of time consuming and like I just mentioned I didn't do it for a while.
So who would be best for online clothing and gadgets sales?
Just to clarify we just starting up properly as first few months was just more like Facebook based market research with some good profits.

Hi - Just to check , is it the design of an E-Commerce site you are looking for as well as web hosting or just web hosting?
