Hello,
I'm currently employed, and also have a ltd company, which a few companies trade under the name.
My colleague is employed, but has nothing else under his name with regards to extra income, nor businesses.
I've recently developed and built a new website (mainly affiliate led) jointly with a colleague with hopes of it taking off and earning some extra pennies between us.
From a legal / financial aspect, what would be the best approach to take with this partnership?
Could it trade under my ltd company or would that not be advised?
On a personal note, I'm trying to avoid opening another bank account, solely because I'm about to go through a mortgage application and don't want anything red flagged.
