Best Tools for Website SEO Audit

I have started digital marketing services as a freelance. Looking to make some SEO reports. Fo this I need some SEO tools.
Can anyone please suggest to me some website analysis and auditing SEO tools?

if this is too difficult there are plenty of paid tools you can use. I wouldn’t bother with the free tools as they are mostly useless.

Maybe good advice but this guy needs to produce some professional looking charts, graphs and lots of confusing numbers in order to make it look like he knows what he is doing.

Pretty much aver SEO SASS provider has a low cost trial period he can exploit for this purpose.

I need a tool that has all the required options. So, it would be easier to understand the issues as well as to represent them.

You can use the website auditor for free, there are limitations in functionality, you can also pay per month to use it - ideal if you are just starting out. Takes you through what you need to do to fix things and compares the site against the main competitors for the keywords chosen etc.
There are other online ones - which vary quite a lot. You do need to know what you are doing though in terms of seo / website design and things like .htaccess / robots.txt / sitemaps and a whole load of other stuff re things like wordpress / joomla / htma etc - good luck
