Best solution for virtual terminal

We're a startup and take orders over the phone, with each sale being between £90 to £1,500.

We need a payment gateway that allows us to take 99% of our sales via a Virtual Terminal.

From what I've seen, many payment gateways allow Virtual Terminal only for very occasional use, but the majority of your transactions should be in person or online.

Any recommendations?

I used Worldpay but found them very costly as they mainly only like chip & pin. In the end I stopped selling overseas as Worldpay were charging more than I was making on the sale.
