Best software for iPad form creation?

We are looking for a solution that allows us to build forms that include checkboxes, signature strips and maybe even an area to doodle on.

The software/forms are going to be used primarily on iPads.

I've been playing about with Adobe document cloud but feeling very underwhelmed.

Any suggestions?

You could try Gravity forms?

I have to say 90% of our client base are looking for what you are looking for and all come up with slightly different solutions and workarounds.

There are a lot of industry specific "form builder/signer" solutions out there, particularly for Surveyors and Energy Assessors, but I don't know how customizable the form content is with these.

I suppose it depends what you will be using the forms for?
