Best Scheduling Apps?

Hi all, not sure if this has been asked recently-i couldn’t find a good answer.
I have a small building company and a separate joinery business. We are looking at trying too get much slicker with our organisation.
Does anyone know of a really easy to use, easy to follow scheduling app? Obviously it doesn’t need to be specific to my industry, just applicable for the use.

I use my iPhone reminder app and calendar. I think the more accessible tools you use, the more effective it will work for you. I've tried lots of apps, but only the default ones will work properly on your mobile device and appear on your screen when you need it.
