Best RMM software?

Hi all, I'm trying to find the best remote monitoring and management and was wondering if any one can share some recommendations.

I have been using the free trial with GFI Max tools but they have limited capabilities for Macs.

I need the RMM software to be cloud based that works across all operating systems and can even manage mobile devices. Preferably with antivirus and cloud backup features but software with 3rd party integrations would be fine.

The main use I need this for is to provide IT support for two friends company's office of workstations, with the hope to offer the service to other potential clients

It would be get to hear anyones experience with RMM software or any other preferred tools for doing this

Hi James,

Best advice you will receive today.

Take a look at Labtech. Fully supports Windows, Mac's, Linux and MDM. It's a beast but if you are trailing GFI you must be fairly serious.

And then take a look at Connectwise for your PSA which integrates into Labtech.
