Best Mobile Phone For Business?

Ok I am a blackberry user and have been for a while ... BUT I just can't stand how bad Blackberry is for internet use.
Iphone seems to be taking over the world and I must say I am very tempted to make the switch. But then again there is Android phone like Galaxy ..

Any advice? What phone do you use?

I have an older Android phone and would go for Galaxy S3. But I would also say, go and look at them both and see which you prefer.

I swear by my Android Galaxy S2 for business as it doesn't seem as restrictive as Apple products e.g. being able to tether the internet connection without paying even more money to my provider. I find the email software on the Android much better than Apple (my iPhone I struggle to delete lots of emails at once quickly for example). Connects up to our Hosted Exchange for email and sync's all calendars, contacts etc using Microsoft ActiveSync....

I get your point about Blackberry but you have to admit its battery lasts way longer than any of the other smartphones I have tried! I upgraded to the latest iphone recently as I find it is great for social media, much easier than a blackberry and thought the battery would last longer than the 3G but I am charging it everyday!

Whats the Galaxy battery like?

Galaxy battery when I first got it was terrible compared to my iPhone, but since updated to latest version of Android (ICS) and using the power saving mode when not using it, I would say it is back on par with the iPhone. I would imagine the S3 is even better....

I use the Nokia Lumia 900 for business use because

• The phone is free on a contract
• I can create and edit Office documents
• There are thousands of apps with free trials
• It has a front-facing camera for video calls
• It has all the standard smartphone features like voice activation, integration with Facebook, Twitter, App store
• It plays Xbox Live games
• Free music with Nokia Music
• Free Nokia Drive talking Satnav, the best you can get
• Nokia Maps
• Integration with Sharepoint

I can't imagine why anybody would use anything else.

For typing long emails nothing beats a real keyboard so blackberry wins. If you want to move away from BB though then personally I would go with an s3 and a copy of the swiftkeyX keyboard as it makes typing a lot easier on a touchscreen.

Forgot to mention the on-screen keyboard on the Nokia Lumia which is amazing. It predicts what you are typing so you never have to finish a word, just select it from the list of words it shows you. I send 100s of emails a day using my Nokia Lumia as well as posting messages including this one.
