Best Google Apps small business CRM?

Hey everyone,

We are looking at integrating everything in one place using a Google Apps CRM. We have been strongly recommended Work etc.

Can anyone recommend the best CRM with the following features:

- basic invoicing
- sales leads management (email marketing helpful)
- customer information storage
- project manager

Our business is online marketing offering SEO and web design. Currently it needs only 1 user, but within 3 months this will increase to 3.

Take a look at Podio.com - I've found it very flexible for CRM and doc management and integrates with external email marketing systems etc.

Its free for upto 5 users.
