Best CRM?

Hi

I'm looking for a decent CRM software that can track interactions, run reports on converting customers, etc.

I'm also looking for a way to analyse a years worth of emails with quote requests, threads, and other information and input that data into somewhere!

Hi,

This is something we are looking at currently. I've experience with a few different CRMs over the years and Salesforce is my preferred option. It will tick all your boxes on interactions/ conversions etc. but not sure about the emails etc.
They have a number of different options in terms of packages and obviously the cheaper ones have limited functions but the professional package is fairly reasonably priced. Google them and you can sign up for a free trial account.
