Hi

I think it is important that you confirm with whoever you instructed exactly what services they will provide to you / your company. For example, if an IP is dealing with the Company situation he may be conflicted if he is also dealing with your personal circumstances.

If possible get this in writing.

I haven't heard of them but then they are not in my area and I doubt they have heard of my firm either.
