Hi there

Does anyone know the legal requirement in terms of having a sign on your premises?

Is there a minimum size limit?
What is the minimum information it can state?
Can I put it beside the back door? (as the registered office is my home address so I do not really want it by my front door!)

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Some people use their accountants address for for their limited company registered addresses, I know my Accountants office has a board outside the the main doors with several dozen names on it. Ask your accountant.

This was discussed once before and the conclusion was it's a rule that is probably more honoured in the breach ...

My registered address is my accountant who has office premises. He's only just put up a typed up list of the companies registered there within the last six months - despite it being my registered office for the last 6 years!
