Beauty/hair salons - Treatwell or alternatives?

Hi,

I'm considering starting to use Treatwell in my nail salon in London. Has anyone had any experience of using it? I'm mostly interested in whether it's going to introduce new customers to us, or if our existing customers are just going to switch to using Treatwell (do we lose out if they do this?). Do you offer extra discounts for customers booking through it?

Is the software part of it good enough to be used as a booking system for all appointments? Are there any similar companies I should look at too?

I'm not surprised to see that you have not had any replies to this one as it looks as if you're asking the wrong media. Get hold of the main nail bar magazines which are Nails Magazine, Scratch Magazine or NailPro and see if they have a chat room. Good luck.
