Bank holiday allowance for part-time employees

Hey, I have a part-time employee that works two days per week, on a Monday and Wednesday. Their holiday allowance is calculated on a pro-rata basis, as you'd expect. What happens to the bank holidays? Presumably, they get all of them? I just wanted to double-check as that means they'll get more bank holiday days compared to their overall hours than full-time staff.

Cheers!

What is the exact wording of the contract?

    It should be 5.6 weeks, pro rata. So a 5 day/week person gets 5.6*5 = 28 and 2 day/week gets 5.6*2 - 11.2 days. Every day they don't work but get paid for is a day's holiday.

If it's anything else, ask the person who drafted your contracts.
