Read in the Daily Mail (Sat, 4th Feb. - A law student took his bank to court, claiming their charges were a "Rip off" (£32.00 everytime they refused to pay a D/D due to insufficient funds).
He was suing for £2,000, but after failing to appear at the initial hearing, his bank allegedly paid him £5,000 in an out of court settlement, to drop the case.
