Use a regular bank account and a service such as Wise.

Just to clarify my wish list is -

1) receive international payments from at least Türkiye, India and Portugal; no sending requirements
2) Hold payments in their original currencies to change to GBP when I chose + competitive exchange rates
3) Minimal/No monthly fees
4) Credit/Debit card for expenses use in UK and overseas
5) Easy transfer between UK sole trader account and UK personal account

Any recommendation please.

I have wise as a personal account, for when I travel and I think it is fantastic. I have also used it to send money in various currencies, pay for things remotely in different currencies, receive funds in at least euros, USD and AUD, possibly others. I have held bits and pieces in various currencies simultaneously. all very easy on the app.
