Purely because I don't see an issue, yet, in sticking with the bank(s) you currently bank with - why are you looking?
Has your existing bank said they will no longer serve you if you move outside the UK?

My immediate answer is to advise to stick with the bank you already have a track history with because every UK bank I can think of has generally closed their doors to overseas due to the risk and bad media coverage that comes with overseas clients (just look at the news stories of fines being imposed on banks)

I am moving abroad but still require a UK personal and business bank account how would I do this when I will no longer have a fixed UK residential address? What’s the best way to resolve this?
I have actually done this myself.

When I moved abroad I kept both my UK personal and business bank accounts open. The main thing banks care about is having a reliable UK address on file rather than where you live full time.

I used a family member's address with their consent as my correspondence address. Some people also use their accountant's or solicitor's address or a virtual UK office service especially for business accounts. Just make sure everything stays up to date with the bank and that you are transparent about it.

For business banking some of the online providers like Tide or Starling are a bit more flexible and easier to manage from abroad.

Hope that helps and happy to share more if needed.
