Hi Guys

I currently have a Magento website version 1.9.1 with over 1 million SKU's and counting, I have Sphinx Search Functionality,Magic zoom option, plus various other backend pluggins

I sell spare parts for Powertools and have customized it (done by myself) to use the Upsell widget to display all related products to the machine.

My site is really struggling when Re-indexing, it is fine SEO wise but Re-Indexing is a nightmare, the design is also a bit dated too, so Im interested to see how much a professional developer would cost for a new skin and upgrade

What type of hosting is it on out of interest as it could just be limited on resources with that many SKU's.

little bit more information my server setup is this:

2 x 3.0 GHz CPU Cores, CentOS, 3GB RAM, 100GB SSD, cPanel, Cloud Storage, Management Services ( I am currently using 80-90% of my current storage space)

It is being hosted my Siteground, which I find offer good customer service/support

my site currently has over 1.2 million SKU's and will prob grow by another 50-100k within the next month or so, but after that growth on sku's should stop/slow

My site is painfully slow at going to the basket which I fear will be putting customers off and the search is also slow (sphinx pluggin)
