B2C Telesales

Hi All,

I'm looking for recommendations/advice on how to source an agency/team that I can outsource B2C telesales - Lead generation for home insulation and solar to. Ideally they would be experienced in the energy sector - There are plenty of companies, the majority being a nghtmare or request upfront payment and dont deliver. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I know it can be difficult when looking for a good telemarketing company but hopefully I can help. I run a small telemarketing company and we have worked on lead generation for home insulation in the past. It was mainly business to business but we have also called a small amount of B2C as well. I think the only way in your industry to attract serious telemarketers/agency's is to offer a good residual income. We work with commercial energy suppliers and that is a key component of the deal.

It would depend what are of the country you are in, as we have a number of web design clients. Also a big thing is how much you charge for a site as to whether it's worth you doing telemarketing. What's your URL, so that we can see your work..
