B2B Refund Policies

Are refund policies any different for B2B transactions than they are for consumer ones?

Also, what would happen if a consumer purchased services from a B2B site and then tried to enforce their consumer rights?

Either way, my refund policies will simply be those of my suppliers due to the nature of the business - so I have to hope that they meet minimum legal requirements.

Maybe not if they are written policies which form part of the agreement between the two parties, but generally if this is not the case there is much less protection for both parties in a business to business arrangement.

As a consumer, why would they WANT to purchase from a B2B site - surely the items/costs/quantities for a B2B transaction would not be suitable for a consumer?
Perhaps this would be a good example of requiring your 'customers' to register before they buy - then you can be sure that they ARE business customers and NOT cunsumers?

The services can be used by consumers and businesses, although in all honesty someone wanting to secure a personal website would be an unusual event.

I'll happily sell to anyone, it's all the same to me because I wouldn't differentiate in pricing and it's not as if I sell anything that has any sort of resale value.

I was just wondering if I can save myself the hassle of having T&C for consumers and simply have B2B terms instead.
