I need to get my hands on some b2b data for cold calling companies and offering office cleaning services. All I need for this is the company name, address, type of business, number of employees and telephone number. Anyone got any good reccommendations regarding businesses that can provide this, and how much should I be paying?

I have 2 Million b2b data seggregated county wise and business type wise. It has the company name, address and telephone numbers. I am looking at selling them for a penny a lead.
