Just wanted to advise all and get feed back from others.
We have been trying to get verified to access the £500 they allowed us to take before they put a stop on our account for verification.
They are based in Germany and have no knowledge of UK business law and ask for documents that do not exist here e.g. We need your foundation document!!!
It seems that they really are clueless and I would welcome feed back from any one else who has had dealings with them.

Just been on their website and they have a London address ? they're also a registered UK limited company ?

They have no UK physical presence. You get to speak to some one in Germany who uses Google when you speak about UK business law. They admitted this to me and then quoted a web site I was looking at.

I have spent a week jumping through hoops to try and verify a new business and they just move the goal posts every time.
I just want our money now as we are running a bar and cash flow is crucial.

They have a mixture of British, German and Irish officers.

They also have a poor credit score for a payment processor.

Previously called KA-CHING PAYMENTS LIMITED. They are relatively new. FCA Authorised http://www.fsa.gov.uk/register/psdFirmBasicDetails.do?sid=305962 but not covered under FSCS.

Their holding company is overseas/offshore.
