Hi All

I'm looking for people who have an ecommerce shop setup, and aren't making the most out of emailing customers, and abandoned cart customers.

We all know we should be emailing more, it just makes more sales, that's a fact. But finding the time and a solution that integrates is hard.

What do you use?

I looked at infusion soft, everyone raves about it, but it's over $500 a month.

I've been using my solution now for a few months, and the results are great. I'm after a few people to start using it and be some case studies in the future.

Let me know if you're interested, and what platform you are on, and what you've done in the past with emails.

My system can trigger emails depending on items purchased/category of items, order status, all timed, not status, the options go on.

you'd be a beta user, meaning it's not 100% finished yet!!

thanks for your feedback,

smart people just get their developer to implement automated mail features and abandonment reports and pay for the development and integration one-time.

This is LOL $500 a month? Pissing money up the wall...

You have not mentioned what sort of cart this solution you have developed is for? How does it integrate into different ecommerce systems?

I browsed the Evans Cycles website a while ago for a friend. Looked at a certain helmet. Didn't log in or provide any info. I'd never registered previously. As I was only looking for a friend I didn't buy. About 30 mins later I was doing something else and got an email from Evans with the helmet I looked at. I didn't even add it to my cart. I was impressed and alarmed in equal measure haha!

Our system does it automatically, we have 2 sites,
On 1 site we do it manually and the other site is on a commission model where the web company take a percentage (they supply graphics, better email, vary the emails split testing etc), just checked for the 1st time (bad me) to see if there was a difference and i have surprised myself.

11.2 % baskets recovered when the web provider takes a percentage of the recovered sale,
7.6% baskets recovered when the web provider lets us do all the work

Well e-commerce can give you two kinds of emails sent out:
    1. Transactional auto triggered- thx. for purchase, parcel shipped out etc...
    2. Related to marketing campaigns, limited offers etc....
It can be triggered by action, by event, previous shopping history...
Some good SaaS offered platforms have it enabled already.
