Accountant who set up company went bust a few years ago and I always assumed they kept the company articles and Shareholders agreement.
It there anywhere I can get copies ? Can’t find any link on companies house website but I’m thinking they are filed there?

Companies House aren't interested in shareholder agreements and there is nowhere that these are filed. Each shareholder should hold a copy which will either have been settled by a solicitor or by the parties using an online template. You should be able to access a copy of the articles on CH website as it will normally be the first document filed.

Do you have a problem that you had hoped would be solved by the SA?

If none of the shareholders have a copy then does the shareholders agreement exist any more?
