i have been given the opportunity to purchase an established company for approx £200,000 all the accounts are first class potential very good.

Can any one reccomend a broker who can assist in obtaining the necessary finance, not ones that want money up front and then dont deliver the goods.

Good plain commmon sense approach required, with payment on results and completion.

What is available by way of security and what are you putting into the project?
