Approaching Managers Etc

Hello, i am new to this forum and have a question...

I recently bought a couple of mobile phone charging stations, roughly about 6ft high by 4ft wide. My idea is to place them in shop centres, a few nightclubs etc.

I am completely new to this type of business and was wondering what the best way to approach the manager etc is? face to face, phone etc?

Any help would be appreciated
