Looking to form marketing plan for a steakhouse restaurant with venue space that is already busy. But looking to add new income streams. Could an app help business - rather than just ads on social media? What is the best spend areas for return?

No where near enough info to give a meaningful answer.

I doubt an app will help as the only people who will use it are existing customers.

How are you measuring the effectiveness of your SM adverts?

Do you have a Google business profile?

Are you sending out flyers with special offers for click and collect?

Start by doing your market research to understand a) who is your customer base b) what do you offer that's better/different from your competitors c) what channels can you use to reach your customer base. d) what is the demand for your type of food in your area.

Use this information to develop a marketing plan and identify a marketing budget to implement it.
